                              Home Ownership Education – Know what to expect!
  Several programs and loans require that a buyer earn a
  “Home Buyer Education Certificate” which prepares the
  potential buyer for the decision to buy, the purchase process
  and the responsibility of home ownership. We offer both
  Home Ownership Classroom Training and Home
  Ownership Online Training.

                
Looking for a Home and worried about Down Payment?
If you are looking at purchasing in a rural area, we package USDA 502
Loans which does not require a down payment.

If you currently receive a housing voucher, you may be able to use that
towards a house payment as well.
