Our Mission...
North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC)
is dedicated to assist the disadvantaged within our 12 county service area in their efforts to
rise above poverty by providing needed services to enable each individual
to function at his or her own improved financial, physical, mental and
social level.
NECAC is a not-for-profit Community Action Agency delivering a variety of
social service programs to low income elderly, youth, handicapped and
disadvantaged individuals and families through grants and contractual agreements
with Federal, state, county and local governments, other not-for-profit
organizations and private businesses. NECAC is not a government agency.
